Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Sanjeev Jha continued his fast at Jantar Mantar even as sacked minister Kapil Mishra gave up his hunger strike on Monday.

Jha, who is the party’s MLA from Burari, said that he will not end his hunger strike until Mishra proves his allegation that chief minister Arvind Kejriwal took R 2 crore cash from transport minister Satyendar Jain. “I got to know Kapil has ended his fast, but I will not,” he told Hindustan Times.

“My hunger strike will continue until he (Mishra) reveals the time when he went to Kejriwal’s house on May 5.” He alleged Mishra of doing “fake daily exposes” to hide baselessness of the allegation that Kejriwal is corrupt. also pertesepat in this protest with mohd waqar choudhary,
